Sessions will be held at a local dungeon or a designated space of my choice. If you are traveling, email me for last minute bookings. ID will be required, recent blood test results may be requested depending on the type of session.

50% of session total is required at the time of booking. To secure your session with me, the deposit must be paid up front/after consultation.

• Deposit must be made to secure our session, scheduling will not commence until it is paid. Once we have scheduled, remaining balance must be paid no less than 24 hours before scheduled date to be added to my calendar. Your invoice will specify time/date it’s due.

• Proper hygiene. Shower prIor to our session. If you requested any pegging or anal play, douching is a requirement and recent blood test results will be required.

• You will refer to me as Mistress, or Mistress Khai.

• You may not bring guests unless you paid for a couples experience.

• ID & verification will be required.

• Before our session we will discuss safe words, limits, health concerns such as fainting, asthma, etc.

• Be prompt. Unless there is an emergency and/or communication, after 20 mins you will be considered a no call, no show and will forfeit your deposit and session cost.
